By far the WORST experience I have ever encountered!
About a year ago I received my first oil change went to Island Toyota Service and they left a huge scratch on the hood of my car, that should have been the last time I gave them business. However, I still went back this April to island Jeep. It was a terrible experience right off the back. We had a 10 am appointment for an oil change. We sat there waiting for over 2 hours. As we're sitting there we notice our car is parked in a bus lane, no one notified us. We go outside and we have a ticket for $115 (we weren't the only customer with a ticket) We were assured they would cover the ticket. It has been almost 2 months and NO ONE has personally reached out to us. After leaving several reviews, managers send email responses with their "deepest apologies" yet have us running in circles and transferring our phone calls all over Island Auto Group with no answer. No one calls us back, no one answers the phone. And if we're lucky to actually speak to someone they say they'll get back to us and NEVER do! Island Auto Group will NEVER receive my business ever again. I have MANY friends, family members and co-workers who are Island customers - who after hearing my experience refuse to deal with their company ever again! Thank you Island for the $115 ticket and the boot on my car I had to pay to get removed!!!!
AND I DO NOT NEED ISLAND MANAGERS RESPONDING TO THIS POST ASKING ME TO CALL THEM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND NOT ANSWER, IT'S TIME FOR YOU TOO CALL ME BACK!
THE COMMERCIAL IS BS - MARCELLO I THOUGHT ISLAND HAD OUR BACK????
IT'S A LIE CAR BUYING IS WORSE ON THIS SIDE OF THE BRIDGE!
