Hotel Jen was great! The location is really awesome, being at Georgetown and close to many of the famous eateries! Walkable distance to 888 Hokkien Mee, Penang Street Art, Armenian Street, cafes at Georgetown etc. Or else, Grab is easily available and very wallet friendly too. The staff are very welcoming and carries a smile on their faces. Check in and check out were both very smooth and fast. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean and facilities working well. Gym was great too! Didn t manage to try the pool but it looked good too. The staff were really nice to send a birthday cake to my room in the evening as well :) would definitely stay with hotel Jen when I m back in Penang! 10/10!!
