Disappointed service.

Originally only planned to stay for one night, but the hotel lobbied to provide discounts for staying one more night, and upgrade the room and car transfer. It was wrongly accepted.
After staying, I found:
1. The location is far away from the city center, with a radius of more than ten kilometers and no one inhabited. The road is rugged.
2. The hotel does not have a convenience store, the hotel informed that the nearest supermarket is 24 kilometers away
3. The door lock of the room is damaged
4. The hotel changed another tail room to me, but the door lock was broken again. I don't know what to do when I change the room?
5. The toilet in the tail room is not clean after replacing it. The buttons of "Do Not Disturb" and "Clean the Room" are switched.
6. The front desk phone in Mandarin is answered by English-speaking staff, and it takes 20 minutes for Mandarin-speaking staff to return the call.
7. The included breakfast is difficult to eat, and guests are forced to sign a bill of $R650 per person.
8. Another restaurant is only open for a few nights a week. The manager of the restaurant says that they don't have business cards.
9. The casino is very small, of course there is no Chinese interface and introduction.
10. The hotel is not big, it takes a long time to find the staff to get to the room.
11. The hotel is in the forest. After the rain, the flying insects are very large. When I returned to the hotel, I found that the window of the room was opened. I found a large flying insect in the bathroom. My family was too afraid to close the door and no longer use it. OMG!
I asked the hotel to explain and apologize to me on point 3.4. However, Stelianos Tsifetakis, the hotel s Senior Vice President of Hotel and Catering, responded arrogantly in the email "I have nothing further to comment.".
The president's attitude toward the guests is the same, and so are his men.
My conclusion is, go to the casino to be happy, why not go to Macau, Singapore, or South Korea, but come to this barren land to get angry?
*Actually, I have posted the above content in tripadvisor.com in years before. But they had deleted my post, because I didn't reply their email within 48 hours, when they received the compliant.
-tripadvisor: "If you do not confirm within 48 hours, we will remove your comment and close the case."
When the content was deleted. I am no choice but to re-post the above content in tripadvisor.com. After the post was published, and a ~a week was over. I got the email from tripadvisor.com again, and they said they will delete my new post, because they received the complaint.
-tripadvisor: "Your review was flagged by another user"
I have replied tripadvisor.com timely at this time, but after few days, they said they had deleted my content, because the content is over a year.
-tripadvisor: "This is the comment made within one year after you complete the trip, so we will not post any comments beyond this time limit."
I have lodged the complaint to tripadvisor.com, but they are not allow to revert my content back.
-tripadvisor: "Thank you for contacting Tripadvisor. I understand that this news may be frustrating for you, and apologize for the inconvenience.
According to our guidelines, Tripadvisor allows travelers to post a review about any experience which took place within the past year."
