Never again !!!! Non-existent and incompetent service! I ordered a bike that arrived 1.5 months after the order date (delivery normally expected within 15 days) !! One of the transport companies (DPD) to which they call, had either forgotten to program my package in their daily schedule, or thereafter, the deliverers came to my house without notifying me of the day or the hour to which they had to pass ... No email, no message to warn me or make an appointment, nothing ... And difficult to be at home when we work ... Following several complaints for a reimbursement of delivery costs (which were not guaranteed on time, and above all costly in energy) I had NO return ... Today, and with confinement, I could not use my bike only for 3 round trips ... Indeed the front plate is faulty ... In short ... I call them back to arrange that. Three weeks after sending my message guess what? ... No response ... Nothing ... It's just SCANDALOUS ...
