This is the first review, I have ever written on any site. I felt compelled to share the poor experience at Autobahn Motors. In a nutshell Autobahn over promises and under delivers. It is very apparent that their customer service team is not well trained and their management team fails to step in to rectify customer service issues. My personal experience, I was advised by the customer service associate that Mercedes would cover the cost of a repair because Autobahn had failed to fix my steering column after several visits. After several calls to determine when my car would be fixed, I came to learn that their management team retracted the offer to fix my vehicle. It wasn't until I called that I learned the decision had changed. My car would have sat for several days if I did not call, Autobahn's communication is horrible. The score should reflect 0/5.
