The person I spoke to today on the phone from VBON...

The person I spoke to today on the phone from VBON was probably the rudest person I've had the misfortune of speaking to. She doesn't even let you finish talking, gets angry, and raises her voice to speak over you. How can she understand what I'm asking if she doesn't let me speak. Someone needs to look into her employment there as I notice similar negative reviews about her.
