My wife and I stayed here for our first anniversary and were overwhelmed with how amazing the experience was from check in to check out. The staff was exceptional, pleasant, and professional. We had gone out for a bit only to come back to our room and find that Joe from the front desk ordered a complimentary bottle of wine and plate of macaroons for us to enjoy since it was our anniversary. I will be staying here again the next time we go to Boston and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those looking to stay near the theater district.
