My previous experiences with SDA had been bad but the latter beats them all: the package is NOT RECOVERABLE. However, this information was given to me by a Poste Italiane operator because it was impossible for me to talk to sda: I spent hours waiting on the phone without being able to talk to anyone! Moreover, the package, before his disappearance, had to be returned to the sender (thus declares sda) but my mother (the sender) received nothing, despite being at home 24 hours a day! No warning, nothing at all! In no way was it possible to recover my package. They claim to be false and, when I had to deal with them, in the past, they are also rude. The worst thing is that nobody pays for it!
