My outpatient FA has taken 20 minutes for the investigation and a conversation (by a medical assistant, not a specialist!) There were 30 seconds, the Op-indication was of course also the resident physician.
I got the appointment in a month.
I just go to smaller KH, because you take care of patients, in the Charite you're just a number.
