In full transparency, we love Hyatt hotels in general and try to stay at a Hyatt property when we travel. This hotel is just gorgeous. They ve updated the public areas and restaurants. The rooms are good... the bed is heavenly. The pillows are flat so you may want to request different/additional pillows as needed.

This hotel is a non-smoking property (Yay) and some guests think that doesn t apply to their little balcony, and when they smoke it drifts into your room. It s so frustrating. I called the hotel and without a specific room number it s difficult for them to address it which I understand. I did hear one guest complaining about $250 charge added to this room for smoking as they were checking out. So there s that.. be aware!

All around though a wonderful stay at a great hotel with terrific service.
