The Early Care and Learning Council, NY State is doing an average job in providing quality childcare services. They have a professional staff who are well-trained and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication with parents and addressing their concerns. Overall, it's an okay experience.
