I took my Highlander in for 120,000 mile service. They rotated the tires, and were supposed to check one tire for a slow leak. They told me they tightened the valve stem and checked the tire but there was nothing visible.

One week later, the tire was low again. I took it to America's Tire on Standiford and they found a nail in 10 seconds of visual inspection.

I told Toyota I was about to drive my family out of state and I needed to assure the cars safety. I was foolish to trust them.

To top it off, I drive for Uber and Lyft. I gave over 130 rides to customers over the following week. I need a safe car and I go the extra mile to assure my passengers safety and comfort

It's too bad Toyota doesn't care. They jeopardized the safety of a lot of people.

Do not trust this service department. The counter staff tells you what you want to hear, and the service staff simply doesn't do the job. Lies and unsafe service deserve a 1 star review.
