As another couple affected by the debacle that was UWP, my wife and I were relieved to find someone who appeared to know about the situation and what to do to help us. Although we live a long way from Ipswich, we chose to visit Rebecca Dixon and she soon gave us the confidence to let her press ahead untangling the mess that had occurred.
