When I bought my bike 9 months ago, the people were friendly and helpful. However I just started using it this summer. Its been my only reason to leave the house with the current state of things.. I have been taking it on the paved trails through collinsville, maryville, troy, etc (emphasis on paved). My front tire is already flat. It will hold air long enough to ride, for now, but is flat by the next morning. I think this cost me +$700. It's a Giant Talon with 29in tires, you can look up the cost. After 2 months of paved riding, I have a flat! It supposed to be a mountain bike and it gets a flat on smooth pavement!?

I took the tire back up to them and was provided nothing other than the ability to purchase a new tube. No investigation into why the tire is flat, just guesses and the offer to sell me a tube.

Now, the cyclery doesn't make the bikes but they do sell them and the quality of their inventory is a reflection on their business. Additionally, seeing no attempt to inspect what went wrong with what they sold me or offer to fix, even for a cost, is also dissapointing.

3 stars instead of less because I have had a few interactions with them over the last 14 years and the majority were positive.
