Our manager, Itay, is really good about responding and answering questions. I provided Itay with list of concerns, in which he responded immediately, addressing each one patiently and politely one by one, thereby relieving my family of all concerns. He is good at explaining and informing us of all safety guides and regulations and is on top of any issues going on in the complex. Allstate HOA Management is a good management company and we are lucky to have Itay as our manager.
