I got a call from my pharmacy saying my prescriptions weren t covered, and I got really stressed and overwhelmed and called Caresource crying. My specialist, I think his name was Jeremy, was so kind and attentive. He called me pharmacy immediately and worked everything out so I can go get them while reassuring me everything was okay throughout the whole thing. Every phone representative should take notes from him!
