Sincere thank you to Rosalie and her team at icare for all of their help over the last 6 months. You have made a very difficult period in my life just that little bit easier.
When I was injured on the fireground in in November I was (and still am) devastated. You have given genuine support guidance and empathy throughout this ordeal. Giving prompt approvals has made the medical side of things efficient and streamlined. Even with covid19 impacting everything, turnaround times are still decent.

Edit: again thank you for paying attention to detail and assisting so often to ensure I am being taken care of after another round of surgery.
