As a managed work space, TechHub is effectively on the hook for two things. Making sure the coffee machine is always full and the bathrooms are clean and functional.

TechHub London consistently and persistently fails at this. Our team uses or office space 3 days a week. Every day I am there I find extensive periods of time where there is no toilet paper in the bathroom. By my calculation there is 15 stalls across 6 bathroom (3 floors, 2 mens stalls and 3 womens) and yet they can not keep them clean and stocked with toilet paper. The TP they do stock is cheapest and like sandpaper... but it's better than a paper towel.... which is what I often find in the stalls.

While they have improved the cleanliness of the bathroom (by adding air fresheners) after complaints, they continue to drop the ball on making sure the bathrooms are stocked and maintained.

And don't even get me started on the coffee machine....
