A bunch of disrespectful and entitled nurses. I was brought in and immediately stuck in the hallway alongside several other patients. I had several nurses walk beside my bed and not once did they make eye contact or ask how I was doing. After 3 hours in the hallway (keep in my mind that I am in pain from a ruptured ovarian cyst), a nurse eventually came up and said we have a room upstairs for you. I said great because it only took you 3 hours. She replied in a passive aggressive condescending tone while mocking my southern accent that they are all doing the best that they can. My husband saw how I was treated and decided to see the head nurse, but apparently that was useless because that lady said that they have great nurses and are all doing the best that they can. She clearly did not understand his concerns or care. I would love to know who thinks shoving patients in hallways, not making eye contact with them, not asking how patients are doing, and then getting upset with patients when they have an attitude from being in pain and sitting hours in a hallway is okay. This Emergency Room should be shut down and the nurses working on that floor should all be fired! What a joke and a disgrace! If you became a nurse for the money and hate your career so bad, then I suggest you quit and find a new job because I can assure you that your patients see straight through you!
