Customer brought a Jeep in for a transmission failure. They messed around two weeks having us get quotes and when the inspector showed up they turned down the claim because the Jeep had bigger than factory tires... like 2 sizes bigger... what a joke!! Anyway to get out of paying a claim! Now the customer is stuck with a Jeep tore apart and hrs of tear down and such that the company wanted..
