I had a part I had special ordered 3 years ago, went to put it on this year and it was the incorrect part. Even though they have a 30 day return policy, Shane took care of me and ordered the correct part. Cody was very helpful and nice while I asked questions about oil for my bike for doing the oil change. I will always go there to get my parts from them :)
