After multiple email requests and no response I finally found 7 local (within 150 miles) dealers who carry Smith Brothers furniture but none of them carry the reclining sofa, loveseat, recliner style group that I want. The last dealer I visited informed me that I could visit the factory showroom and see the entire group then order it though them. After contacting the company (they finally answered the phone) I spoke to a VERY RUDE woman who suggested that I contact my local dealer (as if I hadn't thought of that??)she couldn't tell me where I could find that group, I'd just have to check around see if a dealer ordered it, and they can t do that at the factory? And no, you can't see furniture at the factory. Before I make that kind of investment I'd like to see what I'm purchasing. I always try and buy American made but Smith Brothers Furniture is a good example of why it's so difficult! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed! In search of a new furniture manufacturer
