We had to conclude the contract twice, otherwise we could not pay the caution. It was promised, that we receive the money back. Also we are still waiting for the caution, from September. Despite the fact that we had an insurance. After the trip, we tried to contact Sixt in Lisboa, but nobody was responsible for this Type of Problem and so nobody could help us or give us the money back!
