First of all, our project was very complicated and we had several contractors look at it for their recommendations. To be honest non of them seemed up to the task and seemed perplexed. Basically, we have a deck that is 60ft by 12ft with huge. Pillars supporting our top floor. Our two outer pillars were separating from the top and both of the ends of the deck were curving downward, We contacted Sun Design and was impressEd how competent and professional they approached our problem, we found Bob Gallagher to be reassuring throughout from obtaining the permit which could have been tricky. Sun Design s work crew were excellent as well. As it turned out our posts needed to be jacked up and removed and new posts put in. Our original posts were almost 30 yrs old and had become rotten and had termites. They installed the new posts according to the current requirements so they do not actually go into the ground. We felt extra confident that we chose the right company to tackle our problem. Not only. Was Sun Design competent, but recognizing the situation, they wasted no time in starting the project. We highly recommend Sun Design. We feel that they are very reputable, honest, knowledgeable and professional.
