Long time customer, spent over $4000 today had an extremely bad experience, the staff are absolutely wonderful every single one, aside from the store manager. I wanted to return an un opened, never used item and was disgusted that I would receive $30 less than what I paid for it ( I bought it 4 days ago...), used to be my go to computer store, not anymore
