Stay away from this outfit. Had my car serviced there and the mechanic forgot to apply 3 screws
under the bottom pan. When I confronted the Service Manager Raffi Kerametlian he looked at me as if "why eam I bothering him with this issue?". No apology just "send me picture to determine what screws I need". Since other repairs needed to be done, the staff warned me to be careful with other shops? Sure ......thanks for the advice!
