My family and I stayed over the Christmas period 2017 and I would like to post the following review.
Positives: Amazing staff especially Mike from F&B who was extremely informative and helpful. We would also like to extend a special thanks to all the staff at the Crimzone play area for keeping my children entertained, so friendly and professional. Comfortable beds, good food and a fantastic Christmas holiday to remember.
Negatives: A lack of seating tables for breakfast which was frustrating but the management is aware of this and has opened up overflow areas for dining. The management it must be mentioned are very proactive.
