This is the most unprofessional company I have encountered. The greeter is generally rude and apparently the designers have the same "better than you" attitude. Recently my husband and I visited the store in hopes to have a complete kitchen remodel, however that will not be happening...at least from kitchen world. We met with a designer and made arrangements for him to come to our home to get a better sense of what we needed in our home. Unfortunately, we missed him by 10 min due to a prior engagement that ran late. My husband called and left an apologetic message on the designers phone. We made a few attempts to aplogize for missing him and he never once returned a phone call. We stopped in to see if our consultation appointment was still on for the week and still nothing....no communication from the designer. My husband called one more time, because we are looking to remodel soon, but this time the greeter gave my husband a message that the designer was "with another customer" and that he has given our name to a different designer. REALLY??? Excuse me, but that sounds like a grade school immature dodging response. We have decided to seek a more professional company to handle our kitchen and bathroom remodels. I am still in complete disbelief that this designer had such a child like response to such a minor issue. Sometimes appointments run late "life" happens. This man represents a company and unfortunately has alienated yet another potential customer. This seems to be a pattern according to the reviews I have currently read. I would suggest to the owner that you monitor your employees attitudes more closely. Maybe they need to attend seminars on customer service, because apparently they are failing miserably!!
