Had an amazing experience at SM dealership. Kai is marvellous. Very knowledgeable. He called me about the EV Mitsubishi I-MiEV I was interested in, and talked to me like a person. Even long after work hours he made it less stressful on how to get to Nanaimo and even picking me up from the ferry terminal. Had the EV fully charged for me so I won t be range - stranded going back to Burnaby. Very good impression of the dealership as everyone is SO NICE AND HELPFUL.
