PLEASE STAY AWAY! My family been renting for years from them and Laurie has always been professional with my family.

Not until the day I personally decided to use them and we met JESSICA TSANG.
All I have to say:
Thank you for the terrible job you did on treating my wife & I Thank you for never getting back to us
Thank you for never calling me back when you promise to call back Thank you for lying straight to our face
Thank you for presenting your self with pajamas when we came to check the unit

I know you will know who I am and I don't care any more to treat you with respect as you never did when I last interacted with you and told us to go and find a different building and didn't have a sincere apology about how terrible you were finding us a unit.

I escalated the issue over to your manager 'Cliff' and I also discussed this matter with a law office to take legal action against DEL rentals for the credit check you did on us and we still don't have a unit.
