Paul and his crew at Living Water Custom Pools were amazing to work with from the very beginning. Paul designed an amazing pool that fit our yard perfectly and is now the focal view from every angle looking outside our home. He and his team communicated very well and made us aware at each stage of the project. We had other friends go with other companies and had less than satisfactory experiences. We are very happy with the design, build, and overall customer service we receive from Paul and his team. We even had an issue with our landscape company hired to complete the drainage and yard surrounding the pool. Paul went over and above when he foud out that our deck drainage was not completed sufficiently and took it upon himself at his own expense to have it fixed properly and now we have no deck drainage concerns. Customer service is an underestimated part of business, but if you are building a pool and choose Living Water you can be assured you will have great communication, a wonderful product, and excellent customer service even after the project is complete. We highly recommend Paul and his team to all of our friends that ask who to call about building their pools!
