Kind of dirty and the foreign entry was long. Remember to bring your entry and exit paper. I had to give my fingerprints twice, once at the machine and once with the officer who was very rude. You would also think that the customs officers in an international airport would know English. Luckily, I knew Chinese so this wasn't an issue for me, however, if you don't, I can see how this would impact your entry time greatly.
