I traveled up to Capital Ford on this past Saturday, to look at a car that I was highly interested in. I asked my salesman, Terry, to update me on the status of the car if it sold. He never updated me and sold the car, wasting a tank of gas and my entire Saturday. I then contacted their sister company, Capital Chevrolet, on Monday and talked to Lee. He assured me that they had the car I was interested in and it would be available first thing Tuesday morning after it was transferred. Upon arriving, after taking time off work, I found out that not only did they not start the process of relocating the car for me, but the car was actually sold on Friday prior to me originally calling. They then avoided telling me this, handed me off to another salesman and tried to sell me cars that were out of my price range, had way more miles than I wanted or had zero interest in. My entire experience with this company was a waste of time and I will never even consider shopping here again. Thank you for wasting two of my days.
