Just had to say how grateful l am to Ms. Tie Johnson. I had a recent wheel repair and a day later the under-inflated tire indicator came on. I was really nervous about driving my car and made an appointment to bring it in to get checked. I explained the situation to Tie and she reassured me it was a simple fix and actually walked me to my car, got in and showed me how to reset this indicator. I know it was simple, but just that she took the time to do this speaks volumes about the level of customer service.
