Came to this Moxies with my parents. We sat down at 1:00pm in the lounge. Only two other tables and one person sitting at the bar. We were greeted with menus and water and was told our server would be over to take a drink order. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally flagged a server down. She took our food order was pleasant. We said we would ve ordered drinks if someone had asked us but we didn t feel like them anymore. She didn t offer any kind of apology or remorse. The food was good but the service is very slow. You can tell they don t need to work for tips anymore. There was lots of servers walking by but no one could be bothered to wait on us until I flagged one down. The place was empty. There s no excuse for bad service in my opinion. This is the second time it s happened to my group at the same Moxies!
