Had an appt on Monday. They called said were running late but will be out. Around 8 at night they called said no one is going to make it out. Told them that was unacceptable and not right that someone needs to come out and they said "well I'm telling you right now no one is going out" so I had to wait another day without ac. I have no problem if a company can not get to me right a way but in over 100 degree weather and no ac dont tell me someone is and then don't but I'm just a no body so no big deal to big company. If they would have told me earlier or not over scheduled I could have went somewhere else and not had to stay in heat. They did come out the next day. The tech was good and knowledgeable however the company over charges for a part that was probably 50 bucks i paid 600 for their "knowledge and expertise". I am satisfied with the work of the tech he was great but the company should be better over all. Not everyone can afford that type of price for knowledge and no offense but any capable and willing person can learn and get certified in hvac. Maybe stronger comp is needed to regulate the industry
