The staff last night was absolutely wonderful despite the issues they had with the gypsies they were courtious and proffessional the entire time while dealing with their shinanigans as well as took very good care of us! Kudos to your team and good food! They did very well handling the rush! Just fyi because I've had to do this before with that group, ks is a right to refuse state so you can always refuse to serve them especially because they never pay wherever they go so they will cost you in labor and food cost and may also cause you customers. What i have done in the past is banned them from my restaurant but you must have an officer present when you ban them. I refused service and they went on a rant about discrimination so i had someone take their order while i called the non emergency line and said i needed people banned from the establishment and they came right out.
