I recently used their services to organize an event, and I was not fully satisfied. The website was user-friendly, and the initial communication was smooth. However, there were some issues with the event setup, and the quality of the production did not meet my expectations. The staff seemed inexperienced and was not able to handle the last-minute changes efficiently. Their pricing was reasonable, but the final result did not justify the cost.
