Great store, good selection of latest gear, and damn good pricing. I went there to just look around, and left with a boot full of camera gear

We were told to use the manufacturer's warranty and send it to them ourselves, after trying to return a damaged item. Ebay is better.

Super cheap, great range, and there s little they won t order in for you if it s not in stock. Had nothing but great experiences.

I have been buying my audio gear from here for several years. Always great service and competitive prices. Usually have most items in stock and their advice is refreshingly honest.

Just bought a couple of Rode mics from them, and their service and pricing is excellent. They ve got a huge variety of audio gear in their store.

Whilst the ordering process was okay, unfortunately their courier, StarTrak lost one of the boxes. Each time I contacted Video Guys I was made to feel like it was my job to chase up their courier and that it was, generally, a bit of pain for them.

They seem like good guys but their customer service skills are sadly lacking. I do not feel motivated to use them again.

A few issues with their customer service over the years, but an effort was made to address these concerns and move forward in a positive way. Overall the product range is excellent and quotes and delivery are very efficient.

Today is the day I stop using these guys. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Today the guy I spoke to regarding an Atomos Recorder was rude, inpatient and horrid to deal with. The price was also over $250 more than Lemac and completely unwilling to compete. SHOCKING SERVICE!

Had a lot of trouble getting straight answers to simple questions without being literally laughed at over the phone. Their prices are cheapest so I went there in person and who ever was at the desk, same sales person I'm sure, was very rude, arrogant and condescending again. I walked up to the counter and they wouldn't look up at me, I had to make the first point of contact. He simply looked at me and didn't say anything. When I asked if I could buy a tripod he said "my computers not working..." absolutely terrible image for a business. I work for a rather large company that's rebuilding their video gear from scratch.

So I used these guys to price match from better companies with more friendly stuff, you should do the same.

Terrible experience, they must have some good sales people however the person that came down to speak with me would rate as the worst experience I've ever had in terms of dealing with a sales person. Openly rude and disrespectful, the way he would speak to a customer defies belief.

Bought a microphone from Videoguys today 03/06/16. Great service, opted to pick it up in store after ordering online. Online and in-store service was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to make larger orders through them again in the future.

Great to have a professional video store so close to where I live now. Much better than having to order from the USA or try to get special orders through photography shops.

When they have an item in stock, one of the fastest shippers in the country for pro video gear. Not always the cheapest, but I'd more than happy to forgo that in exchange for getting an item quickly and dealing with an Australian supplier selling local stock

These guys have amazing Customer Service. I bought a couple of products online for my Podcast and they didnt quite suit what I needed.
They talked me through my needs, suggested something that would work better for me and then helped me set it up. I highly recommend them and will only use Video Guys for future products in relation to video and audio. Exceptional!

I have just purchased a tripod, sound recorder / mixer, shotgun microphone, boom pole, shock mount, windshield and microphone cable from Videoguys. George was able to spend considerable time over the phone with me to help select the best options for our purpose. They were able to reduce the price based on the volume of equipment I purchased and they organised prompt delivery. My experience thus far has been very positive. I would recommend them to you.
