I had a subscription to one of the magazines they oversee. I moved and updated my address in their system. Fast forward a year and I have not received a single issue. They told me it was the post office not being able to forward a magazine, which is BS since they have had my correct address. It took several emails and repeating basic info to them e.g. account number, what magazine I am subscribed to, to get a response. I also had to follow up with them several times to get a response. They at least granted my request to refund my subscription renewal but otherwise what a pain in the a$&.
