Waited 25 minutes for Nutella toast! Ordered coffe...

Waited 25 minutes for Nutella toast! Ordered coffee and toast. The coffee came pretty quickly but the toast took 25 minutes to get. Our coffee was cold and when I explained we had been waiting for so long, I was told "Everything is made from scratch." I was offered no apology or any compensation and when I asked for a refund I was told no.

I don't typically leave such bad reviews, in fact, this is my first one. I understand that mistakes are made but it's how those mistakes are handled that turns a bad experience into a good one. This one unfortunately will go down as a bad experience.
