I had an appointment to with Dr Bis to have a few scary spots checked. My nerves were shot, and it was clear, but the staff as a whole was all fantastic. I was so nervous, I was down to about a sentence worth of a vocabulary, but they were very understanding, and made me feel comfortable. They were very accommodating with room temp as I changed, very thorough in explaining things, and really made sure I understood everything. I very highly recommend this office for any dermatologist needs.
