Today I had to visit this nissan dealership for the first time because of driving over a object on the highway. I just moved to naples and noticed that the customer service in a lot of businesses is lacking in the area. I walked in this place and no one said anything . I and my husband probably were there about 10 minutes before a guy asked if we had been helped. The funny thing is everyone in this service department acted like everything was normal. I and my husband being in management have never seen this before . There was a older lady and a Spanish lady at the counters and had many opportunities to speak to the customers entering there establishment. Maybe saying hello and that someone would be with you . I can tell management here isn't good. I noticed in the waiting room trash everywhere and trash spilling over from the trash can located by the bathrooms and no one had class enough to take care of it. There was a heavy set guy sitting in the office I assume he was some type of manager !!!! Wow !!!!! . We end being helped by a guy trying to be as nice as possible but it didn't really help because the tone was set for us that sadly enough the service department needs help. Remember the reason you have jobs is because of your customers. The two ladies up front expecially the older lady that looks like she has no customer service at all that it doesn't cost anything to smile and greet your customers. I hope I don't never have to come back here !!!!!!
