A day and a half ago-
I was at the ER and had what I recall to be the worse experience ever had there! I do thank you for serving my child first. I now have to tell our nightmare. My child has the flu. I took her to this ER because she was having a lot of body pain and discomfort. She never saw the inside of a room all the houre we were there. Call my childs name took vitals back out to the cold waiting room. Call my childs name to talk about her symptons and back to cold waiting room. Call my childs name again, hours 2 and half have past off to take X-Ray's and back out to cold waiting room to wait another 45 to an hour for results. I understand their renovating but this is just a terrible visit to their ER. As Coraline said " I wont be back at least I hope not.
