I arrived last night at 11.20pm after 24 hours of travelling. The hotel had a single staff member on check-in and a long queue. The system of checking in was poor and I had to wait 40 mins before I was eventually given a room key. I had booked an executive room, high level flor and business lounge access. I received none of these and was given an excuse that as I booked through expedia then I cNt guarantee any of the features hat I has PREPAID for. But after my wait I just wanted to get to bed so took the room. However, the service and check in was poor if you arrive late in the evening and clearly unsympathetic about providing me the wrong room and service. All around very poor. I am a frequent business traveller and found the service here one of the worst I have experienced.
