I was hesitant to stay. But did it anyway. You can tell they are still ironing out kinks. There is signage up now in Terminal 5 directing you to the hotel. Take the Elevator up...button on the inside indicates the hotel. Exit and go thru the tunnel. You will end up in the main hall. Finding the reception desk is a bit tricky. Go down the steps on the right. Keep looking right and you will see reception. Kevin ...the front office assistant manager was great sorting out our rooms. It is disappointing that food options are soooo very limited in the evening. If you arrive late, dont expect to get a meal from the hotel. The rooms mini bar has good snack options. Excellent drink options as well. Bed is comfortable and rooms are bright. However, NO closets, no dressers, nada. No coffee maker either. Very limited space to hang clothes. No iron, but steamer under the sink.. Considering all the issues the price for a nights stay is excessive in my opinion. Would I stay again? Maybe. The place has great potential.
