It is always a pleasure to work with such dedicated professionals with the same interests in music and Instruments.
I was happy with the JH cello from JSI I bought last year. Sadly, what I thought was a simple seam separation which would be covered under the one year warranty was not reparable. So JSI had me chose a new JH cello with a new one year warranty at no cost. I could not be happier with the selection or service. I highly recommend JSI to anyone looking for a quality string instrument.
