My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights, from Dec 30 to Jan 2. On New Years Eve, a mysterious, blaring alarm sounded throughout the hotel at 3:00 a.m., waking everyone in the building. Five minutes later, a voice comes over the intercom informing guests in the parking garage and lobby to vacate the premises, without giving a reason why. Confused and given no information, we evacuate the hotel, climbing down 22 stories and waiting outside in the blistering cold for the situation to resolve. 45 minutes later, the alarms are silenced, the elevators are operational again, and everyone is allowed to reenter the hotel and return to their rooms. The next night, at 1:45 a.m., the same thing happens again. Never in my life have I had a worse experience staying in a hotel. Also, the toilet was broken, flooding the bathroom and hallway on our third night. Save yourself the money and the stress, and stay literally anyplace else. I cannot fathom how this place has four stars.
