I ve never written a review before online but I just had to! My Mom came to Carlson Toyota to look for a replacement of her 14 year old corolla. We were met outside by Bob Graff and so happy to have crossed paths! He took the time to really find out the important things my Mom wanted in her next car. He suggested the perfect vehicle for her, A RAV 4! After a really great and easy to understand test drive and showing all the new features to us, we went inside and Bob made purchasing so easy. Mom loves her new RAV and driving more than ever now! We had an incredible experience and are so happy with the new car. A truly smooth car buying experience with sales person that really go out of the way to make sure we are happy and understand the whole buying process. Bob, We will be back for my Highlander :)
