I know when you buy used it is as us BUT

I know when you buy used it is as us BUT
when they sell you something that has a safety issue it seems different
We both a car for my son
The front seat weld is broke
So seat is loose
Seems really unsafe
When I reached out the sales rep kind of said tough
You bought used
Doesn't fall under lemon law
And corporate said they should make it right but cant force then
Just be careful seat seemed fine til I got it home
